How involved do I need to be?

As much or as little as you want. Some clients like to stay hands-on, choosing the subject, reviewing drafts, giving direction, and approving each post before it goes out. Others prefer to hand it off completely. In that case, we handle the research, writing, design, and posting from start to finish, and you only need to approve things before they go live.

Do you need access to my website and social accounts?

Yes, for the services you sign up for. For WordPress blogging, that means admin or editor access to your site so posts can be published directly. For Google Business Profile, Facebook, or Instagram, that means being added as a manager or given login access to those accounts. Everything stays under your ownership. Access is only used to do the work you’re paying for.

How do you make sure the content sounds like my brand and not generic AI writing?

Every project starts with an onboarding call where we go over your voice, tone, and how you talk to your customers. From there, all content is written and reviewed by a real person, not auto-generated and posted. If something doesn’t sound like you, it gets revised until it does.

Can I see samples or approve posts before they go live?

Yes. You’ll get a monthly content calendar upfront showing what’s planned, and if you want to review individual posts before they’re published, that’s not a problem. Some clients like to check everything, others prefer to just get a heads up and let us run with it.

How long until I see results?

SEO and social growth build over time rather than overnight. Social media is usually the fastest to show movement. Since posts go live right away, people can start liking, commenting, and messaging you within days. Google Business Profile and blog SEO take a bit longer since they depend on how search engines crawl and rank your site, so most clients see meaningful movement there within 2 to 3 months of steady posting.
